22nd Annual Permaculture Design Certification Course

Course Overview: The CRMPI Permaculture Design Certification Course provides participants with an understanding of the essential principles and elements of permaculture, enabling them to better design and engineer sustainable systems including forest gardens, appropriate buildings, greenhouses, and more. During the first week we'll cover the essential elements of permaculture, followed in the second week by a full-spectrum design project. The curriculum includes a variety of classes and workshops essential to every permaculturist's development: from soil structure to the invisible structures of our economy and society.
Tuition is $1,250 and includes a non-refundable $100 deposit. Meals, camping and all curriculum materials will be provided.

Greenhouse Construction Series
A series of weekend workshops will cover the basic processes involved in the construction of a passive solar, year round greenhouse, designed for our high desert climate. Tuition is $50 per weekend session and includes meals
May 10-11: Footers and Foundations
June 7-8: Erecting Steel Posts and Trusses
June 21-22: Infilling and Insulating Vertical Walls
June 28-29: Installing Polycarbonate Glazing
July (date TBA): Interior Design with Soil, Thermal Mass and Planting
Advanced Permaculture Design Course
